DOCTORS WITHOUT BORDERS
Doctors Without Borders, or Médecins Sans Frontières (MSF), is a globally recognized humanitarian organization dedicated to providing lifesaving medical care to those in urgent need. Operating in over 70 countries, MSF offers critical assistance to individuals and communities affected by a wide range of crises, including violence, disease outbreaks, natural disasters, and human-made catastrophes. With a mission to deliver impartial and independent aid, MSF prioritizes areas where access to essential healthcare is limited or nonexistent. From conflict zones and disaster-stricken regions to underserved and remote communities, their teams of skilled doctors, nurses, and logisticians work tirelessly to alleviate suffering and restore dignity to those most vulnerable.

UNHCR
The UN Refugee Agency (UNHCR) in India operates through an extensive network of 11 field offices and collaborates with eight implementing partners to deliver vital services to refugees and asylum seekers. This collaborative framework ensures that the agency can effectively address the needs of displaced individuals across the country, especially those who are most vulnerable. UNHCR India focuses on providing both immediate and long-term assistance to help refugees and asylum seekers meet their basic needs and rebuild their lives. The agency's services encompass a wide range of support, including the determination of refugee status, which is crucial for granting legal protection and enabling access to further assistance. In addition to legal protection, UNHCR delivers emergency and life-saving medical care to address critical health issues and prevent further vulnerability. The organization also provides legal and social counseling, ensuring that refugees and asylum seekers are aware of their rights and are empowered to navigate challenges in a host country.
